Both are for local small businesses in Bali and Indonesia. Starter is for really small, family-run businesses, for example a tour guide, a driver, a family warung or homestay, or a massage practitioner working alone. Growth is for local businesses that are a bit bigger and want a few more pages, for example a massage salon with its own page for treatments or a café that wants to show its menu. What is included in Starter?

With Starter, yes: you pay 50% when the project starts and we sign, and the other 50% thirty days after your website goes live. For Growth and Premium, just get in touch and we find a solution together. We can also switch you to a monthly plan, which includes changes every month.

Do you work on site in Bali or meet clients in person?
Optivanta is a remote-only agency, and all our work is always done from outside Indonesia and Bali. When we are in Bali, it is purely for our holidays: we travel on a tourist visa and respect the visa rules of the Indonesian government, so we do not work during that time and do not hold client meetings on site. Can you take photos or film videos at my business?
